"I can ask Lin or Crais to be available." Bashir mulls it over, he didn't just offer because he feels that it's his responsibility but because it's practical.
"I've more control than a typical human over my breathing, pulse, and things like that. It should give us both a bit more safety."
Jack 'huh's and nods. "That makes sense, then. If you're sure, yeah." It does seem like the most reasonable approach. No risk to anyone uninformed. After that, if Bashir comes out alright, Jack can feel more comfortable with the idea of actually using the redseed.
